1. If you are Pakistani and Indian living in some foreign country but possess Pakistani Nationality, you will have to apply from Pakistan and leave for Hajj from Pakistan. You will have to follow the rules and regulations of the Pakistan Hajj Commission. You will have to send your Passport and other important documents to Pakistan for stamps and approval, but you can fly and land from the country you currently reside in if you avail yourself of a private Hajj Package.
2. If you live in Saudi Arabia (Internal Hujaj), you can apply through the Nusuk App. The best package for these Hujaj is 4000 Riyals; they are allowed Maktab D in this package. They can also get other packages.
3. It is better to apply as soon as possible through the Nusuk App, as there is a fixed quota, and it fills up quickly.
