Everyone wishes to visit Riadh-ul-Jannah (Roza Rasool) during your Haj and Umrah journey. In recent years, it has become mandatory to register yourself through the Nusuk Application if you want to visit Roza Rasool. In this post, you will find all the details on registration of Nusuk Application, when permits are open, and when to register to get a permit.
How to Register Nusuk Application
If you have the following visas (Umrah, Hajj, and Visit), you will register for the Nusuk App by following these steps.
1- Download the Nusuk App from the Play Store.
2- If you are going to Umrah for the first time, you will click on the option: “Create an Account.” There are three options here
- Saudi citizens or residents (People with Iqama can also use this option).
- The second option is for those people who live in other Arab countries.
- The third option is for the rest of the people living worldwide.
The registration process is simple; you must fill in details like your passport number, visa type, name, DOB, and password. After this step, you will be asked about your phone number; you can enter any number you want (local or of any country you currently reside in).
The next step is essential, as you must enter your email address. Please enter the correct email address, as through email, you will be sent a code for verification. After this step, you are done with making an account.
3-If you already have an account, you will click on “Login.”
The Saudi government has made a policy that one can get this permit only once a year, regardless of what visa one has. In one year, you can only visit Riyad-ul-Jannah once.
There will be two options, Umrah and Riyad-ul-Jannat, and you must select the Riyad-ul-jannat option.
It is important to remember that you must book through this app a week before you go to Medina. You will be shown the available dates and time slots through this app. Morning and evening both times are available. You should book on the date of one or two days later than the time you will arrive in Medina.
On Friday after Zuhur, Prayer slots are primarily available till Saturday and Sunday. Click OK to get your permit after registering and selecting the available slot.
Tip to get a Permit after arriving in Medina
If you have not registered through this app and arrived at Medina now, you can open your app at the end of every hour, such as at 9.59, open your app, check for the slot and refresh the page. Similarly, you can check after every few hours at the end of the hour.
It is because some people cannot reach the given slot, and their slots are canceled so that these slots can be availed. Do this repeatedly so you can get this slot.
Important Instructions
1-Always arrive half an hour before your slot to avoid any mishap and stand in the queue made on the right side near Rawdah Rasool.
2- Do not give your permit to anyone, as you will get another one after one year. These permits are now scanned, and there is no other way to obtain a permit again in the same year.
3- You can also show a screenshot of your permit.
4- If you cannot reach your allotted time, please cancel your permit immediately through this app, as you will not get it again for one year.
