The Saudi Arabian government has deployed a multilingual smart robot service to assist the pilgrims during Hajj 2024—a leap towards making Hajj more comfortable.

Saudi Government has taken a smart step at the right moment by introducing Smart Robot Service in the courtyard of Masjid-e-Nabvi. These smart robots are smart enough to be fluent in 96 languages. A big problem of the language barrier has been eliminated through this step as pilgrims from all over the globe come for Hajj. Communication and flow of information will improve by this service.
Smart Robot Service show instructions, navigation and crucial health information. It is one of the services that the Saudi Arabian Government has been employing with the help of IA integration to address the most common needs of the pilgrims during Hajj.
Volunteer Service- Hajj 2024
Moreover, human services are also available for the help of pilgrims, as a devoted and vigilant team of 220 volunteers is also available. These volunteers are always available for assistance regarding healthcare and emergency assistance.
Location of Services
The location where these services are available is not only Masjid-e-Nabvi but also covers important places such as the Prince Mohammad bin Abdulaziz International Airport, the Haramain Train Station, and some mosques. The aim is to provide help to the pilgrims, regardless of their location in Medina.
It is expected that it will be a great help for the Hajj 2024 pilgrims and will continue for the Umrah pilgrims in the future.
