1. Two Free Hospitals
There are two free hospitals located near Masjid-e-Nabvi where you can visit and get free medical treatment, irrespective of your nationality.
Bab Jabreel Health Center
This medical care center is located near Gate No. 35, and it offers free medical assistance for all. It would help if you carried your passport when you visited the health center. These documents are proof of your current status in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Therefore, you should always carry them with you during your stay.
Al Safiyah Health Centre
Al Safiyah Health Center is located near Gate No. 305, and it also offers free medical help for everybody. You need to keep your travel documents with you when you visit the hospital.
2. A free, dedicated department to Find Lost Children
There is a rush at the time of Hajj and Umrah, and it is quite common for parents to lose their children; they face a lot of difficulty in finding them, and it is quite problematic for them. Though people eventually find their children to avoid trouble and to see the children quickly, there is a dedicated department for this purpose. It is near Gate No. 35, and The Center for Lost Children is written on it.
Wrist Band Free Service for Children
This center also provides a free service where they give a wristband with the child’s name and contact number printed on it. It helps to find and locate the parents quickly. It is situated right opposite Gate No. 352, and the center is affiliated with the Hajj and Umrah Gift Charity Association.
3. Free Wheelchair Service
Freewheel chair service is available for older adults at Gate No. 309. Please make sure that the person for whom you want a wheelchair is present with you, and you must carry your ID card and passport/travel documents with you.
If you want to gift a wheelchair for the pilgrims and visitors to the mosque, you can visit the site landsofharam.coms and order a wheelchair for the mosque. It is a sadqa-e- jaria for which you will be getting ajar till the time wheelchair is used.
4. Free Golf Cart Service
During Hajj and Umrah, it becomes very hard for sick and older adults to walk around the mosque as their hotels are situated far from the mosque. To address the issue Saudi Government has introduced a free Golf Cart service in the mosque. This service is available during Farz prayers. At Gate No. 309 you can go and request a ride to the Gate No you wish to go.
